Tsunami Express Car Wash

I always use this car wash because when I had my mini Cooper, it sat too low to go to many of the other ones in town, but I had never used the detailing area. This was absolutely phenomenal! The staff was so helpful with the Matt washing, air and microfiber towels that are provided - even if you don’t get a wash

I have been a member since built and operated by Take 5. Overall a 3/5 stars. I would like to give 4, but as of late, vacuum hoses have been left broken or removed. Also, the injectors for interior car spray are not providing sufficient product to remove grime. Lastly, the car mat cleaner has remained inoperable for weeks if not longer. Many of us like you and the convenience factor, but would appreciate some attention to equipment/services. Let's hope improvements are made.

Received a coupon for a free first wash which is their highest tier car wash (25$ value). However it did not do much in the way of removing all the splattered bugs on my car from a recent road trip (pictures after car wash attached). The car wash mentions ‘bug blaster’ in the details but I don’t think it’s very effective. Probably fine for a regular car wash but if I had paid 25$ I would have left quite disappointed. To be fair I think most automated car washes don’t really do a great job beyond cleaning basic dust and dirt. The free vacuums however are a great positive.

Honestly I was a bit skeptical given all the negative reviews on Google. But I did decide to give it a try anyway. I had a coupon that gave me a free first car wash. And honestly it did not disappoint me at all. My car came out all shining and new. And not a single scratch or anything. They have unlimited vacuum facility as well. Honestly I would have loved a facility for washing the floor mats. Not sure if I missed it or it isnt there. But overall the service were really good. There were some issues with the payment system. So I had to wait a while for my turn. But I guess thats okay. Dont trust the negative reviews and miss out on this wonderful wash. They may only be individual issues or people just in a bad mood. Would love a floor mat washing system though.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to to this carwash to try their services out before getting a membership. I checked over my car after the wash, as I always do with any wash, and found paint damage. There was no formal claim form to fill out, responses were untimely, and I received their own footage showing there was no prior damage. Ryan, their regional manager claims there is damage prior to the wash when there is not. Apparently, he doesn't have contact information for anyone higher than himself either. I will happily attach their own footage showing there was no prior damage and then provide what their wash did to my car that they refuse to replace. From my experience, choose Crew. The first four photos are prior to using their wash. The little black smudge is not the area of damage. The area that was damaged was on the front fender where the 2 different plastic pieces connect. See the last photo for the damage after using their services. I won’t be surprised if I do not get any response because I’m sure they know their wash caused the damage.
